BEEF-CABBAGE CASSEROLE

1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 - 1 lb. hamburger
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Add salt and pepper. In a 2 quart baking dish
spread 3 cups of cabbage. Cover with meat mixture. Top with 3 more cups cabbage. Pour soup on top.

Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
