SEAFOOD QUICHE

1 (9 inch) pie shell
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 lb. crab meat
1/4 lb. sm. shrimp
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream or 1/2 c. milk can be substituted
2 tsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. dry sherry
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper
Nutmeg

Fill pie shell with cheese, crab meat and shrimp. Combine eggs, cream and flour;
season to taste. Stir in butter and sherry. Pour over seafood.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
