GOLDEN SHRIMP CASSEROLE

8 slices slightly dry buttered bread, cubed (5 c.)
2 c. cooked or canned shrimp
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 lb. sharp process American cheese (2 c. grated)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash pepper & paprika
2 c. milk

Beat eggs slightly. Add milk and other ingredients.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
